1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Chanakya Education's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Chanakya Education's website

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with the course enrollment
Complete the course within the specified timeframe
Follow all course guidelines and instructions
Not share your course access credentials with others
Respect intellectual property rights of course materials

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but such changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are not available for:

Courses that have been completed or accessed beyond 50%
Digital products that have been downloaded
Certificates that have been issued
Courses purchased during promotional periods (unless otherwise stated)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Chanakya Education or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Chanakya Education and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

To violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

8. User Content
